Cancellations, Feedback and Lost Property

Cancellations

If a performance is cancelled by the Finnish National Theatre, we will send a text message (from “Finder”) to the phone number provided at the time of booking.

Tickets already purchased for performances cancelled by the Finnish National Theatre can, within one month, be:

  • exchanged for another performance
  • converted into a gift voucher valid for one year
  • refunded to your bank account

Please contact the Finnish National Theatre box office primarily by phone on +358 10 7331 331. Our opening hours are:

Weekdays

10.00–17.00, and on performance evenings 10.00–18.30 (subject to performance schedule)

Saturdays

11.00–18.30 (subject to performance schedule)

You may also email peruutukset@kansallisteatteri.fi (for Finnish National Theatre cancellations only).

Please include the following information in your message:

  • where the tickets were purchased (Finnish National Theatre box office, Lippu.fi ticket outlet or Lippu.fi online shop)
  • the performance and your seat numbers
  • whether you would like replacement tickets (please specify performance and date), a gift voucher valid for one year, or a refund (please provide your bank account details)
  • your name and telephone number

The theatre does not cover any additional costs incurred due to cancellations.

For tickets purchased via Lippu.fi channels, we unfortunately cannot refund Lippu.fi service, order or delivery fees.

If you have pre-ordered restaurant services, please contact the restaurant at ravintola@kansallisteatteri.fi.

You can enquire about lost property by calling the box office on +358 10 7331 331.

Lost items are stored at the box office for three months.
