Front-of-house Services
At the Main Stage, cloakroom services are supervised, and any service fee is voluntary. At the Small Stage, Taivassali Stage and Maalaamo Studio, most cloakrooms are supervised. However, if performances are taking place simultaneously in multiple auditoria, cloakroom capacity may be limited and some coats may need to be placed in an unsupervised cloakroom.
Performances begin promptly. Latecomers, or those who leave the auditorium during the performance, will not be readmitted until an appropriate break. For performances with an interval, re-entry is possible during the interval.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that coats and large bags are left in the cloakroom, refreshments are enjoyed in the foyer areas, mobile devices are not used during the performance, and that performances are not photographed or recorded.
